A. When use only Diesel as a fuel of 10 TPH Boiler at 70% to 80% load.
Diesel Consumption =550 liter/hr.
Total cost @ 110 Tk /liter = 60,500 Tk/hr.
Total steam production (70%-80% load) = 7000 / 8000 kg/hr.
Cost per kg of steam = 8.60 /7.60 Tk/kg of steam =@ 8.10 TK
B. When using only LPG as a fuel of 10 TPH Boiler at 70% to 80% load.
LPG Consumption =500 Kg/hr.
Total cost @ 100 Tk /Kg = 50,000 Tk/hr.
Total steam production (70%-80% load) =7000/ 8000 kg/hr.
Cost per kg of steam = 7.15 /6.25 Tk/kg of steam =@6.70 TK
C. When using only CNG as a fuel of 10 TPH Boiler at 70% to 80% load.
CNG Consumption =800 m3/hr.
Total cost @ 55 Tk /Kg = 44,000 Tk/hr.
Total steam production (70% -80% load) =7000/8000 kg/hr.
Cost per kg of steam = 6.20/ 5.50 Tk/kg of steam =5.85 TK.
D. When using Diesel and Titas gas combined as a fuel of 10 TPH Boiler at 70% to 80% load.
Titas gas Consumption =350 m3/hr.
Sub total cost @ 30 Tk /m3 = 10,500 Tk/hr.
Diesel Consumption = 200 liter/hr.
Sub total cost @ 110 Tk /liter = 22,000 Tk/hr.
Total cost combined (Titas gas & Diesel) = 32,500 Tk/hr.
Total steam production (70% -80% load) =7000/8000 kg/hr.
Cost per kg of steam = 4.60/4.00 Tk/kg of steam =@ 4.30 TK.
